Making the plunge...

I have my new blog all set up and am ready to move all of the posts from this site over. I just can't pull the trigger yet. What if it messes everything up? YIKES!

Update your bookmarks...

Everyone needs to update their bookmarks. I have my own domain now. For now my old blogspot address is getting forwarded to my new domain, BUT if and WHEN(hint) I change from blogger to another service it will no longer do that.

Here is the new web address:http://frazzledlashawn.com

Picture this...

I have not been as good as I usually am about picking up my camera lately. So I am giving myself mini-challenges. Join in if you want.

This week...By Sunday I want to have one picture of each child that says something about who they are as an individual. I better get snapping.

On the mend...

Things are slowly but surely returning to normal around here. OK, stop laughing. They are returning to our warped style of normal. My mom stayed through the weekend, thankfully. As I ended up with a MONSTER cold. But, we are all better today. I can somewhat breathe today and my head is no longer threatening to explode. Austin and Brodie are back at school today. Chase still doesn't feel great, but it getting better. Chase is my "go, go, go" kid. He rarely sits still unless threatened and even then he doesn't do it all that well. Last night this is where we found him when he got a little too quiet (almost 2 hours before bedtime.

I am happy to report that even with my monster cold and EVERYONE else having the flu, Evan is still as healthy has can be. YAY BREASTMILK! Scoff if you want, but I see no other way to explain how the one person in this house that is touched by everyone else ended up being the only one NOT sick.

Viva la boobies!

Eight...

It does not seem possible, but Austin is eight years old today. I am not ready for him to be that old...I can prove it. I went to the store to buy a candle for his cake today. When I got home I finished making his cake. Austin came in and looked at the candle and said, "Mom, I am 8 not 7."

Yup, I bought the wrong candle.

Now that he is 8 he officially gets to start hunting with Jason...so Jason bought him his very own rifle.

Too big! I am just sorry he had to be sick on his birthday.
